2021 Domaine Drouhin Roserock Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir from Oregon is wonderful! We think it will evolve so ever more with five years of proper cellar aging. Found cherry and plum on the nose and palate. There was some greeness of the fruit. Thought it had firm tannins and complimentary acidity.
The wine is a cuvee selection from 35 estate blocks of vines that was handpicked, sorted and individually fermented.
