A light gold hue wine with an interesting hard to define aroma that we loved. The wine expressed honeydew fruit and pineapple. Creamy in the mouth with fair amount of balancing acidity.
Fermented in 60% stainless steel, 30% neutral oak and 10% once used French oak.
