Sunday Night Wine Up was a fantastic Grand Cru Classe that was enjoyed out of the bottle and along the way in the decanter. A masterly crafted blend of 85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 16 months in 60% new and 40% one-year-old barrels.
Deep garnet-purple colored wine with an earthy nose turning to red and black currants, blueberry compote, spice cake. Finishing long with intensity.
