Monday Night Wine Up is a wonderful 2019 Brave and Maiden Limited Syrah. Only 10 Barrels produced. The winemaker has the grapes de-stemmed and hand-sorted to 1.5 ton fermenters and fermented for 14-21 days. Barreled down to 100% French oak, approximately 35% new and aged for 20 months.
Palate of milk chocolate and blueberries. The wine is semi dry with medium tannins and on balance with the acidity. We enjoyed the elegant finish.
