Friday Night Wine Up was a clean, crisp bright fruit white blend Tangent Eccelstone. We enjoyed sitting on the couch after a long day to find this wine having floral aromas. It is a medium bodied wine with good acidity and balanced in every sip. There was some peach and sweet pear on the palate that continued through the finish.
Femented in a cold tank fermented at 58°F for four weeks.
Alcohol: 13.9%
