"The Princess of Heringer". Planted in the 1970's and has age potential given its acidity and tannins. Cold Fermented for 6 months in stainless tanks. In the vineyard they thin the fruit to concentrate the eventual wine flavors.
Citrus and black tea flavors. Is balanced with some unique minerality.
Alcohol: 14%
