A faint pale salmon color wine with some grapefruit and floral notes. Fermented in stainless steel vats and bottled in December 2022.
The winery is a joint venture between Steve Hearst and Jim Saunders that began about a decade ago. Jim was a contractor who built wine tasting rooms. They met at a fundraiser at the Hearst Castle.
