Friday Night Wine Up is a juicy ripe, red fruit wine with a touch of Latin American spicy notes. It has round, soft tannins and a good mouthfeel. Approachable and not sophisticated.
Fermented in concrete vats, with half of the volume aged in lightly toasted used oak barrels for 12 months.
Pairing: Grilled pork tenderloin, lamb and veal with fresh herbs
